Month of June
If you want sunscreen or bug spray on your child, please put it on before they leave home. We do not have enough staff to do this for every child. Thank you!!!! (Be sure to use a high SPF that lasts at least 8 Hrs and is waterproof/sweatproof etc.)
Here it is parents--several of you have been inquiring as to the summer schedule for your kiddies--here it is:
Monday-Introductions to new topic of the week
Tuesday-Library/yoga and/or game day
Wednesday-Water Day--Please have child in swimming attire, with some sort of pullover that they can easily remove, when they enter the building--also have sunscreen already applied. We will be going out to play in the water--weather permitting by 8:30 so please have your child ready or they will play under the shade tree. Don't forget towels as the school will not furnish these.
Thursday-Guest speaker day and who knows what surprises may be in store for the classroom!!!
Friday-Bike-N-Trike--MUST WEAR A HELMET. If you forget your helmet, we cannot allow your child to ride his/her bike or use their skates. Most children will not keep knee and elbow pads on so make sure your child knows to keep them on if you want them to wear them. Make sure your child has sunscreen on as we will be out during some of the hottest parts of the day.
