First Lutheran Preschool/Daycare is a state licensed childcare program.  We admit students of any race, color, national, and ethnic origin.  Our Preschool program is a ministry of service, fellowship and evangelism shared through Christian nurturing of young children and their families in our community.  This distinctively Christian emphasis promotes excellence in education by engaging children in age-appropriate curriculum with both group and individual interaction.  And as members of the Family of God, we share our faith and joy in Christ by nurturing the spiritual, psychological, emotional and social needs of each unique child of God in a safe, healthy, and loving environment. The lead teachers in each of the classes are certified and licensed.

Preschool classes meet on the same schedule as elementary classes.  The classes are open to any child who has turned 3 or 4 by August 1st of this year.   Our curriculum is based on years of experience working with preschool children. We use an emergent program in which each child is assessed for their own personal strengths and weaknesses.  Each child is encouraged to develop to his/her own God given potential.
