As a private school option located in the River Valley serving Two Years - 5th grade, 1st Lutheran School has been providing a Christ-centered education since 1853.
Our retention rate is 96% which speaks volumes that our families love being here. This is why it is important to apply early since space is limited in many classes. Below are some important dates to help your planning:

SCHOLARSHIPS
Making Christian education available in an affordable manner has been a mission priority for First Lutheran Church since the school's founding in 1853. This dedication to and financial support of Christian education is what already allows us to offer some of the River Valley's most affordable tuition rates.

SUMMER CARE
1st Lutheran School offers a safe and fun summer care program for students age 2 through 12.
​
Our elementary program travels off campus multiple days per week for field trips.
We enroll Early Childhood students for our Summer Care Only program as space allows; students must be at least 2 by February 1, 2024.
We enroll Elementary students, Kindergarten completed through age 12, for both part-time and full-time enrollments.
Summer 2023 dates:
June 3 - August 2, 2024
Rates and other information will be released by March 2024.
